It Is Never Too Early To Get Financial Retirement Advice

Planning ahead for any endeavour a person undertakes helps establish a foundation to success . Early planning holds particularly true for financial advice and especially for financial retirement advice, to help build a secure and stable retired life free from money concerns.

Financial planning that begins early in life provides a greater opportunity to build a sizable and decent portfolio of investments. Over time investments will grow and increase in value. This will certainly help secure a stable retirement free from financial worry and provide financial independence.

People find it very difficult to plan for  later years and old age. Having an expert in the field can be inspiring and beneficial. A financial planner that can help provide useful information on the best investment vehicles is a good way to begin planning money matters. A Financial planner has access to a lot of financial resources and being in the investments field can provide valuable expertise as well as insight of various options.

The advice and information received from a financial expert can be used to determine if it is suitable and meets with individual investment goals and the guidance can either be accepted or turned down.

Every investment has a certain amount of risk and generally the bigger the returns the greater the risk. There are umpteen investment choices that money can be placed into such as bonds, stocks, mutual funds and of course regular savings accounts. You can get the needed help to decide which of these investments will bring financial growth with limited risk. Balancing risk and growth is always a challenge and once again a financial advisor can prove helpful in making critical investment decisions.

There is financial retirement calculator software in the marketplace and this can be very beneficial in calculating how well or not so well any investment will perform over time. This investment tool will answer many questions such as how fast an investment will grow and help in the decision making process for any investment and provide clues as to how each type will perform.

A Financial retirement calculator can crunch the numbers quickly and easily. This is especially true because the values that the calculator can project after taking into account interest and inflation rates.  Planning early for retirement is the best assurance for comfortable living in retirement years.

Im so embarassed, did I go about declining this job position in the wrong way?
Im a new grad RN age 24 I applied to a job at a long term care facility and I was offered the job a week later. The woman called me on a wednesday and told me to come into her office the following tuesday to sign the papers and fill out the background check. Then out of the blue that Friday at 4:45 pm she calls me and says "actually I need you to come in right now and sign the papers, please hurry" It was my brothers birthday dinner and we were all ready to go and I live 40 minutes from the facility so I told her I could not. She gave me an attitude and told me to come in on Tuesday at 6:45 am to fill out papers. So tuesday I arrive at the facility at 6:40 am only to realize the main entrance wasnt even open! The lady who told me to come in and sign the papers didnt mention that and she didnt show up until 10 am. I sat at the nurses station waiting until 8:30 am. When the orientation for new staff started at 9am i then filled out the paperwork. The next day I was due to start work from 2:45 pm. At 2pm the orientation woman called me and said "youre back ground check didnt get sent yet, you cant come into work today" Call the nursing director who hired you and she will let you know if it went through and if you can come into work tomorrow" I called her and left a voicemail. She never returned my call. I waited until today at 10 am and then I accepted another job offer which paid better. I called the nursing director and said "Thank you for the opportunity but Ive taken another offer due to the misunderstanding we had about my start date, I needed to get to work immediatly" She told me the other woman was supposed to call me that day and tell me to come in the "orientation woman". Late this afternoon a got a missed call from a cell phone. I texted it and asked "hey, whos this" she returned the text and said "this is cathy from orientation" i checked my voicemail and she seemed pissed that I didnt take the job and asked me to call her on her cell phone about filling out paperwork to be paid for orientation day. im so embarassed that i texted her and said "hey, whos this" i had no idea shed ever call me from her cell phone. what do you make of this situation? Was I unprofessional this whole time or was it them?

Im so upset, did I make a mistake choosing a PRN nursing job over a steady fullt time one?
Im 24 years old and a new grad. I have been looking for work for months. I was finally offered an opportunity to work at a long term care facility with 3 days of training. The hours were full time and there was a 2500 bonus paid in increments over 4 months. the first check given after passing a 90 day performance review. The one downfall was that the Nursing Director was a monster and the patient load was up to 40 patients per 1 nurse....which seemed like overkill to me. The pay was 20 per hour. I had still been applying for jobs even after being hired by the ltc facility. I got a job offer from a woman hiring for a per diem RN to be on call at a very small privately owned facility. The facility is located inside of an old home and there are 20 patients. Even though Im a new grad she wanted to hire me. She told me Id be on call Mon-Thurs from 11pm-7am because the only people in the building at that hour were several LNAs and a person who is only certified to pass meds. with a compensation of 250 per day. I went in today and the woman said shed send me to a skilled assemsent class for one day to be certified and that shed work closely with me as my mentor for 1-2 weeks until i felt comfortable with getting to know all the patients and then shed put me on call and that shed be there the first time i was on call to guide me, if i had to drive to the facility. she was very sweet and not a monster like the last woman who hired me....more someone who was willing to take me under her wing and help ease my new nurse transition anxiety. i asked on yahoo answers earlier if this was an appropriate job for a new grad. many nurses chimed in and said I made a mistake because I will most likely loose my license since im a new nurse and im not "qualified" to be answering on call questions. I already turned down the long term care job to take this job offer and now i feel awful. did i make a big mistake?
